The entrepreneurship community of IIT BHU ideate, iterate and incubate the future innovations of the century.

The Cultural Council, IIT (BHU), is one of the oldest councils of the Gymkhana. Encompassing seven clubs, the Cultural Council organizes workshops, activities, and events like the Cultural Weekend.

The Film and Media Council of IIT (BHU) encompasses all the activities of film, media, and digital arts genres. It comprises six clubs, namely Design, Photography, Cinematography, Animation, Media, and Social Outreach.

The Games & Sports Council strives to inculcate a healthy sports culture in the Institute, and help the same flourish, so that individuals from all communities―students, faculty, or non-technical staff―enjoy the thrill of the games they cherish.

The Science and Technology Council , IIT BHU comprises various clubs in fields such as robotics, engineering, astronomy, and sustainability. These clubs organize various talk shows, projects, workshops, and competitions to help people gain hands-on experience in these fields.

The Social Service Council, IIT (BHU) Varanasi, embraces all the clubs of IIT (BHU) Varanasi, which are dedicated to bringing about positive changes in the social aspects of our society.

The Student Counselling Services, IIT (BHU), Varanasi, is an institute-level faculty-student body consisting of a team of 10 faculty members and 140+ students. It aims towards the holistic development of students as a SAKHA (Friend in Campus) by conducting guest talks, activities and counselling sessions under various councils related to wellness, academics, career, skills, and research. It has conducted 200+ sessions and 3000+ counselling sessions, benefitting over 8000 students on campus.

Student Alumni Interaction Cell (SAIC) at IIT (BHU), Varanasi, is a professional body at the Institute, functioning under the guidance of the Dean (Resource & Alumni Affairs). A community of spirited students, the cell strives to strengthen the Student-Alumni, Alumni-Alumni and Alumni-Institute relations.
