Dr. Pavan Pujar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ceramic Engineering at IIT (BHU), Varanasi, and serves as the Principal Investigator of the Emerging Electronic Materials and Devices Lab (EEMDL). His research focuses on functional oxide materials, oxide semiconductors, and ferroelectric thin films for next-generation electronic devices. His work emphasizes the design and fabrication of energy-efficient nanoelectronic devices, including field-effect transistors and memory architectures, using scalable thin film processing techniques. His expertise spans interface engineering, defect physics in complex oxides, and the development of unconventional ultrathin ferroelectrics. His research contributions have been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, and he holds patents in Indian and international jurisdictions.
