Our group is extensively working on the evaluation of structural and magnetic properties of different materials. The group has reported some of the behaviors of the nanoparticles of various oxides such as ferrites, ceria, high entropy oxides etc. We have also explored the properties variations of iron carbides with different substitutions. Not only the oxides, the carbides and pure metals/alloys were produced by wet chemical routes followed by carbothermic reductions.  Recently we also studied the variations in the hard magnetic behavior of MnBi when it was made composite with other soft materials. We could also produce a few impressive water pollutant degrading materials like oxides, carbides, HEOs etc. We are also venturing to produce hard/soft exchange coupled magnets. For materials characterizations and biological studies we have dedicated collaborators.
