Area of Interest: Operations Research, Public Transportation Planning, Electric Mobility, Disaster resilience

I am passionate about using mathematical modelling and simulation to address real-world problems. My research focuses on developing better strategies for urban public transport, optimizing systems, and tackling real-life uncertainties. I am particularly interested in creating models and tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making and exploring electric mobility, especially in relation to electric buses. Additionally, I work on improving logistics for emergency situations, ensuring that resources are allocated more effectively when they are needed most. Through my work, I aim to develop practical solutions that enhance the resilience and efficiency of urban transport and logistics. Overall, here is a list of the research areas I am currently working on:

  • Public Transportation modelling: Electric buses
  • Circular economy and sustainability
  • Integrated Disaster Management System
  • Decision Support system

Research Scientist, Robert Bosch (South East Asia) Pte Ltd, Singapore (Oct 2018-Oct 2020):

Worked on developing city-wide traffic simulation models to implement control strategies for reducing traffic congestion in cities. The aim is to find solutions to enable new mobility models based on shared assets and traffic flow optimization. The work involved analyzing large datasets and feeding processed data into the simulation for better decision-making.
