1. Institute Website Update
Any department/unit/section pages update request should be mailed to help.website@iitbhu.ac.in through the web convener, or head/coordinator/in-charge only.
For timely processing and to ensure compliance, requests must be sent as individual, directly addressed emails. If the requested update is not reflected on the website, please follow up directly with CCIS.
2. Resources for Events
Email accounts, public domain URLs/IPs, or hosted spaces provided for conferences, seminars, workshops, or other events will remain active for a period of 2 years from the date of issue.
For multi-year events, CCIS must be informed in advance to ensure continued access to the associated resources. If no such request is made, the accounts and resources will be permanently deleted upon expiry of the specified period.
Above policy is effective since June 2025.
