Our group is currently working on three different but complementary topics, namely Medicinal Chemistry, Fluorescence/Bioluminescence Chemistry, and Computational Chemistry. Our research lies at the interface between chemistry and biology.

Harish K Indurthi (Junior Research Fellow, DBT)
Mr. Harish K Indurthi obtained his Bachelor in Pharmacy in 2017 from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh and Masters from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Mohali, Punjab India in 2019.  He is currently working in DBT sponsored project on bioluminescence-based monitoring of tumor progression and treatment by apoptotic pathway.

Samarpita Das (PhD-IIT Fellowship)
Ms Samarpita Das completed B.Pharm from Gupta College of Technological Sciences affiliated to MAKAUT  (Previously known as WBUT) in 2018 and M.S. (Pharm.) degree from NIPER (Mohali) in 2020. Her PhD research work is synthesis of novel analogues of diindolylmethane for anticancer activity.
