His research is centered on linear semantics, morphosyntax of language and social theory. Linear semantics is conceptualized as a bridging framework between semantics and pragmatics, focusing on the sequential unfolding of meaning in discourse and its dependence on contextual and intentional parameters. The study develops: (i) a comprehensive theory of language use; (ii) a formal logic of pragmatic space; (iii) a quantifiable model of pragmatics; and (iv) a unified framework for semantics and pragmatics that systematically formalizes the relationship among literal meaning, speaker intention, and contextual interpretation. These contributions have significant implications for cognitive linguistics, natural language processing, and artificial intelligence.
Morphosyntax is the study of how morphology as a module of language interacts with syntax as another module of language in expression of meaning. This part of the research yields: (i) a typological model of morphosyntactic variation based on cross-linguistic data; (ii) a framework for analyzing modular interactions between morphology and syntax; and (iii) insights into the cognitive efficiency, learnability, and expressive capacity of language.
His social theory is based on humanistic development and collective goals. In this context, his research focuses the following topics: the concept of work and leisure in eighteenth-century English novels, technology and human destiny, inner transformation and collective social change, ethical conflict resolution and restorative justice, the moral-political theory of leadership, the theory of detached action in social life, the importance of self-attitude and duty in social stratification, and the contribution of family to modern society.
His ongoing research explores how linear semantics can be applied to cross-linguistic pragmatics, multilingual communication, and computational modeling of meaning, with potential applications in machine translation, discourse analysis, and intercultural studies.
