Limbdi Hostel is one the oldest and iconic hostels of IIT(BHU), Varanasi estabished in the year 1928. Several alumni from this hostel have gone ahead to create their academic, corporate and societal impact at both national and international levels. It has 188 rooms arranged in a way overseeing a salubrious quadrangle that has lush green meadows and maintained throughout the year by dedicated gardeners. Students can spend their leisure time in common rooms facilitated with games like table tennis, carrom and chess. There are two badminton courts with cement flooring and a volleyball court, both with flood lighting facilities where we conduct the annual sports competitions for both staffs and students during the National Youth Week. Hostel has high speed Wi-Fi LAN Internet facility for all rooms. The premises is under CCTV surveilance on a continuous basis.
