Satish Dhawan hostel is newest hostel lunched on dated May 2022 of IIT (BHU) Varanasi. It has 402 rooms with 7 floors to accommodate boy’s students. The hostel has 6 Lift facilities for students in different floors. The hostel has 2 big size of mess with capacity of 1200+ students.
The hostel has very peaceful and airy atmosphere to study. There are beautiful gardens within the premises. Student can spend leisure time in 6 common rooms facilitated with Television and practice indoor games like Table Tennis, Chess and Carom & 1 reading room at ground floor. Hostel has high speed Wi-Fi as well as LAN internet facility for all rooms. Movements of visitors as well as students are recorded by CCTV regularly.
