This challenge shall require you to solve real life computing and engineering problems to prune your knowledge of standard algorithmic techniques and find the solution for the domain specific application of the algorithm.

Participation
- You must be registered on our website and on Codechef to participate.
- To be eligible for prizes, you must update your Adhyayan profile with your Codechef username.
Rules
- The challenge shall be similar to ICPC and other algorithm intensive programming challenges.
- Only students shall be eligible for prizes. The decision of judges shall be final and binding.
- Solutions can be submitted in C, C++, Java, Python.
- Other rules shall be similar to contests on Codechef.

Welcome to Adhyayan 2012
Adhyayan is the Annual Student Conference and Online Coding Festival of Department of Computer Engineering, IT BHU.
Adhyayan is a unique concept featuring both search for academic research excellence as well as tough programming challenges, quizzes and demonstrations from the field of Computer Science and Engineering.. Adhyayan shall be held from March 12-25, 2012.
Apart from the Pratyay student conference which shall be held from March 23-25, we shall have the following events as a part of the coding festival :
- Prayaas : an online algorithm intensive and mathematical programming challenge
- Parikshan : a technical quizing event (both online & onsite)
- Pradarshan : an onsite software demonstration contest
