Heat and Mass transfer is of potential importance in modern technology. It includes classical non-equilibrium thermodynamics, equations from mathematical physics, physio-chemical surface effects among others. The exact solutions can be obtained only for limited number of specific cases. However, the more realistic phenomena occurring in nature are described by non-linear differential equations for simple as well as complex geometries. Due to such non-linearity of the problems, solutions are usually mathematically involved. Therefore, adequate attention of the researchers is required in this area. The object in such a study is to provide an exact, approximate analytic or numerical solution to the actual problems describing the heat and mass transfer phenomena.
