Demand
Drafts required at the time of
counselling:
(a) Rs. 15940.00 in favour of “Registrar,
Banaras
Hindu University”, payable at the State Bank of
India, Banaras Hindu University (Code
0211).
(b) Rs. 1500.00 in favour of “CHAIRMAN,
JEE, Institute of Technology, Banaras
Hindu University, Varanasi”, payable
at State Bank of
India, Institute of Technology,
Banaras Hindu University (Code 11445).
(c) The
Institute has prescribed a ceremonial
dress (navy blue blazer, white trousers,
maroon tie and black shoes) as mandatory
to be used on all ceremonial occasions.
However, the Institute arranges to provide
blazer cloth, Institute crest and tie at
subsidised rates. You will be required to
deposit a sum of Rs. 2000/- as an advance
towards the cost of these materials
through a Bank Draft favouring “Students Dress A/c.
Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu
University”, payable at State Bank of India, Banaras
Hindu University (Code 0211), at the
time of registration in addition to the
normal fees payable.
(d) An amount of Rs.
10,000.00 is requried to be deposited in
cash by all students seeking accommodation
in hostel towards themess charges in the
concerned hostel.

c) Two attested copies of all
certificates/mark-sheets of all the
Public/University/ School/Board
examinations passed by you so far, alongwith their ORIGINALS.
d) Original Migration Certificate and
School Leaving/Transfer
Certificate from the College/School
last attended.
h) An affidavit
in original alongwith a Xerox copy on
non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10.00 each
regarding, ragging duly completed and
signed, at the time of registration. Download

alcohol etc. in the hostel, parties or
elsewhere, duly completed and signed, at
